Looking for any info on the above site, The reviews are mostly in favour but when googled it looks like its next to a sewage plant!!!

Any other suggestion's around the same area would be welcome.

Ps not a member of any if the clubs.

hi we have been a few times its ideal for a weekend in fact thinking of going next weekend. They have a nice clubhouse on site they opened new shower blocks last year which were lovely i would ask to be near them if you use them. A small play park and ive heard they have opened the indoor swimming pool but havent seen it yet. I would only go for a weekend

Thanks for the reply was looking for some where for six nights, and as we travel around doing the tourist things during the days and return to site in the evenings will still consider. Just me and OH on this occasion. Thanks again.

if it is only the two of you then you will be fine there is plenty of places to go off to you will be fine forgot to mention quite a nice view overlooking the estuary

Hi Gagakev,

We have been to this site on a few occasions,and find it is good for useing as a base for visiting the local areas e.g Gower,Swansea,Breacon beacons,etc.

There is a clubhouse on site ,and the prices for food and beer are very competitive.There is also a small shop for bits and pieces,also a mile down the road is a large retail park with all the big stores.If you like walking and cycling the site is right next to the llanelli coastal path and wildlife and bird centre.Hope this is of any help.

Thanks for the reply,seems as it will be ok for a base, but one problem still bothers me, as said in orginal post when googled it looks to be near a sewage plant, but as the replies havent mentioned it, I'm guessing that there is no obnoxious smells coming from there.

Ps, Wont tell the OH about the retail park, I need to stay away!!

Hi gagakev,

I am not sure if it is a sewage plant.But can honestly say that it is not visible from the campsite and there are no smells.
