After seeing the large 2 page advert in this months Partical Caravan I went onto the internet to check out their website. We wanted a full awning and they claimed to have the largest Awning showroom in the UK. We travelled 110 miles to be told when we got their that the Awning Showroom had burnt down. The reception asked us to wait while a salesman become free to show us a brochure. 20 minutes later I got up and walked out without seeing anyone. I was more annoyed, that, it would take 10 minute to put something on their website to say there is no awning showroom, rather than have people travel from near and far to find this out on arrival.

It's a shame that you went such a long way for nothing Hilda.
If only you had asked on this forum about Glossop Caravans you could have rung them first because we knew about the unfortunate fire on the night that it happened.
