If used daily I had to replace the foil head about every six months, so there is some expenditure. But I prefer a wet razor shave. Feels cleaner. So the Braun tends to only be used for a spruce up if going out in the evening.

I have a Braun 3 and used it as above as it never really gave a close shave. One of the reasons why I never bothered with an electric razor again. I still have that Braun 3 and it is nearly 8 years old. Never changed the foil in that time. I will keep it for when we go away. In the meantime Harry's razor blades have definitely been ditched. LOL! 😀
