Got the van but need bits and pieces!!

Hi All

I have just bought our first caravan after months of searching.

I will shortly be collecting a 2003 Elddis Firestorm (avante) 475 which is in extremely good condition and has been loving cared for for it's short life. Nearly all the kit has come as part of the deal except a wheel clamp and a towbar bracket for the stabiliser bar. Where would the best place be to get these?

Also can anybody recommend an isurance company for a cheap quote?

Magnus, towsure will have the bracket you need, and wheelclamp.

As for insurance, go with one of the better places like the CC or Caravan Guard, etc, as if you opt for the cheapest, when it comes to making a claim, they will find any excuse not to pay.

There is no such thing as a "cheap quote" if you want reliable insurance
