Welcome to the forum and to Caravanning. Tents and Trailer tents are great ( had them ourselves) but you will really appreciate the comfort of a Caravan. Keep posting.

Welcome Mark to the Hot water, Hand washing side of getting away.
Ask away about anything , someone should have an answer to your question.

Hi Mark, I’m in Northants myself and also followed the same route to caravans, tents and trailer tents, we only moved to caravans when my wife wanted to go camping one early spring and it was far to cold, so the caravan trail began, you will love having a caravan I’m sure, depending where about you live we might even bump into each other, we are only 30 minutes from Billing which is a good camp for a starting trip, loads for kids if you have them but the air can sometimes be a bit rich due to the waterworks nearby, I can recommend a couple of good local sites if your after any where.
Good luck.
