Can you give more information on the caravan as I cannot find one of that name.

Gruau is a French company that used to build caravans, but now specialises in modifying production vehicles for special purposes such as ambulances, police cars, fire engines, etc. Their caravan business was taken over by Trigano in 1981 who stopped building caravans under the Gruau name in 2000 so it's unlikely that one will find anyone with first hand knowledge of their products on this forum.
