Perhaps that’s what we need now to resolve the ongoing debates about how the Houses of Parliament are to be fully refurbished. Build a new replica with no asbestos, modern wiring and heating. Could use MVHR as there's no shortage of hot air, but even that could be compromised by incessant leaks.
