We have this one http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/5445093.htm and we use it at home all the time, cooks fast and makes the best roasties, cooks chicken brilliantly, you can get the recipe book from amazon, I dont think Id take it in the van though as my little oven from Lidls is less weighty.

Paul, if you look at the photos you will see the lid sat on a extender ring this lifts the lid higher to make more capacity. .

Don`t know about the literage ( is that a real word ?)Paul, but it`s about a foot high with the lid on. I think I`d look for a smaller one to take in the van as there`s just the 2 of us.

We're the same as Sproket, ours is used in the van all the time. (the electric is paid for whether you use it or not!)

I had one when I had my tent, cannot rate them enough! Used mine for breakfast - sausages & bacon do in no time, and without splattering all over your van/tent. I've also done oven chips, jackets, chicken, lasagne plus others in it! Cheese on toast is great too! Dead easy to clean, just rinse or wipe the bowl out!
