Thanks peeps. It started well with yesterday's rugby result!

Out for dinner tonight with my Neighbours, cos it's her birthday tomorrow!

Emmerson - have a great day sir - the birthday celebration will be the icing on the cake after the result yesterday - what better way to celebrate - all the best. Although of "mature age", as you said the other day, as long as the body and mind are young you have no worries.

Thanks all. We have a fantastic coincidence in our village.

On the farm lane where we live, there are two pairs of cottages. I live in one, and am 65 today.Next door lives Jean,who is 66 tomorrow. Next door lives Rosemary,who is 67 on Tuesday. Amazing but true.

Rather than say you're the baby of the trio I would have thought a better description would have been toy boy to the older ladies.

Gee, thanks everyone. I had a great day and some lovely gifts. And today, I get my first State pension. What more could a man ask .
