Hi all.

Looking for a nice, peaceful site near hastings. We would like the cc site but it's booked up, first week in July, anyone got any other ideas? By the sea would be nice, and peaceful even better (we won't have the children with us). If not near the sea then a short walk to pub or village will do!!

Hi , when you say all booked up did you mmean the Watermill lane one, we have two nice pubs here (Pett), there is also the farm site at Chickhill which is still Pett , lovely views to beach.This is no electrics just sheep!.
 
Hi Robert, thanks, yes the Watermill Lane is booked when we want to go (according to the website)and unfortunately we need EHU as well as shower/toilet block.

Hi 19, there is another one which is close to the beach , it is a commercial one which is popular with stunning views around coast and countryside. Its about i mile by road to the old town front where umpteen pubs ,eating places are.There are lovely walks also from the site .Its page 341 in the CCC book and the e-mail is shearbarn@haulfryn.co.uk
