Just wondering if anyone had any experience of replacing the mesh blind of one of these large roof windows.
On a previous van the flyscreen was black in colour, this meant that in sunny weather you could pull across the flyscreen rather than the full blind and this cut down on the glare but still allowed plenty of light into the van. Current van, however has white coloured flyscreen, this means that closing it has no effect what so ever on sun glare. Depending on direction or angle sometimes the only way to sit in comfort without the sun blinding you, means that the full blind needs to be fully closed and cutting out the light completely.
It is not a really serious major issue, more of a slight nconveience. If it involved removing the roof window or anything major then I wouldn't even consider it. Any one got any ideas of a simple remedy?
