anybody got any tips on how to clean outside of this type of skylight easily without stepladders please

First answer is to pay someone else to clean it!!!
Seriously though, whatever way you choose will involve a stepladder, either outside the van, or from the inside, if the heki is a large one, open it right up and use a stepladder to reach each end and the middle.
