Heki roof lights

Can any body had any problem with a there heki wind up roof lights on a Bailey pagent Bordeaux S 6 my will not wind up and if so did you have them repaired or put new ones on.
 
Just what do you mean. The heki's are usually on a big handle that push up. I suspect you are referring to the extractor fan over the kitchen. If so what does it not do?
