Hello all we have been caravaning for a good few years I sold are first van last week to a buyer who came and payed cash it's was getting on and damp I'm now on me own with a dog looking for a small van we live in Derbyshire

I like the baileys420 GT but I'm considering base camp conserd about the floor in baileys

I like the baileys phoenix GT 75 but considered about the feed back about corners letting water in ??

There was a period when the Bailey Alu-tech system was incorrectly sealed at the factory. This allowed water to enter at the top, run down one or more of four corners and lay on the floor. Being a sandwich ply the total set in when it went undiscovered.
I’d hope by now Bailey have fixed the production issue and any affected have been remedied.

Hello thank you in my head it's base camp first for build quality but it's more useable the bailey I read something about someone using waxoil on the underside just wondering if it rots the mastic ind invalidate the warnty
 
I picked up new van 4 Week's ago I'm very happy till I feel out of bed they have put the sofa/ beds in wider at one end so the pull out ladder falls out the slots lost 2 reflectors on way to the site but you get a free bear to travel with his name's is bailey 😐😄
