Hi, just wanted to say hello, as we are new members. We have been caravanning for a couple of years now, (thats me Roy, and my wife Carole). We have just replaced our 7 year old Stirling Europa 2 berth, with a 2 year old Coachman Pastiche, 4 berth, with a fixed double bed. Can't wait for the weather to pick up so we can have our first outing in it.

Hello Roy & Carole, welcome to the forum. Hope you get away soon in your new caravan, a fixed bed something i dream about every time i have to start making up the beds at night, never know someday other half might let loose with cheque book. I'm sure i'll be talking to you again on here.

Hi Jenny, thanks for your warm welcome. Yes, we dreamed of a fixed bed every time we (I,Carole!!), made up the bed at night.Hope to chat again soon, Carole.

Welcome to the forum.

We've recently joined the ranks of caravanning and love every minute of it, even this week in the hail, sleet, wind and snow!

We only got our van in October and we love it. We had to choose a layout that suits our family of 3 boys (wide, fixed bunks & 2 dinettes) but we're already dreaming of a fixed island bed when they've flown the nest. We even had a look at them yesterday when our van had to go to the dealers for a small repair.
