I don't really have an "outfit" as such as I don't tend to go on holiday or "go" caravanning as it's too nice where I am. I have had a few caravans at my smallholding over the years for seasonal workers and visitors. So the current is an old nightstar from about 1992. The tow vehicle was Landrover Series IIA or even 2 landrovers in tandem on the steep bit (sorry no pics of that outfit configuration as we were under duress at the time) Then there's an old FE35 tractor to get into tight spaces which is an interesting outfit but not for the Queen's Highway!
