Well after lots and lots of reading posts, I have taken the plunge and enrolled ;)

I have read so much in the past few weeks that I feel like Johnny 5 (more input...)from Short Circuit

We get our first caravan on Friday, and at the age of 58, I am filled with trepidation. But time will tell. I have three youngsters, 8, 9 and 13 who are eagerly awaiting the weekend, first site booked to co-incide with collecting van, and then on into France and Germany in about three weeks time.

Big adventures in the offing for the family and hopefully no problems. Will keep you informed with any feedback that may be relevant and helpful to others.

Welcome to the forum Padre, we could do with a bit of class on here (myself excepted of course ;O).

Does this mean I will have to behave now, if so don't read my post under General :- The natural way.

Maybe you could open a forum confessional so that I can carry on after confessing. I will now say 10 hail Mary's and gargle in Holy water so that I'm in credit :O)

Thanks for the "Welcomes" ;)

LB...

From my previous reading on this forum, I do believe that, even if the Pope were present it would have very little bearing on your "behaviour" :) so carry on....

However I think the idea of a "Carry On Up The Confessional" would have made a great Carry On film, but only with the original casts.

Thank you your Grace. I agree with the Carry On films. It would have been nice if they had done a Carry On Caravanning film with the likes of Sid James, Charles Hawtry, Kenneth Williams, Barbara Windsor etc. Also maybe they could have given the starring lead to Jeremy Clarkson because I'm informed he's up there among the greats ;O)
