I'm a 60 something newbie. Have just completed our first long trip in our motorhome travelling through France, Italy and Greece. Have lots to learn and look forward to reading the posts.
Off to Scotland in September and hoping the midgies have gone by then!
 
Looks like you are more than on the right track. I always say get out and use your van and you are doing that well done. Sorry but the midges will poss be still around B)
