Hi De Hi Campers!

Hello folks!

Just thought I'd introduce myself before I have a wander round the forum.

My name's Jenny and my OH and I are no strangers to camping. We've slowly progressed from a 3 man tent, through the various sizes of canvass taj mahals, on to a VW panel van loosely described as a camper and now we have a VW T25 named Lily who we love and adore.

Lily is perfect for the two of us, and we have been able to say we have camped out every month of last year and have managed the same so far this year too.

Last night we were trawling through Evilbay and somehow I managed to 'win' a nice little 10 foot caravan for the princely sum of £56! We're picking her up tomorrow night and I can't wait to get my hands on her and transform her back in to the 70's. I have a 1970'2 VW Beetle and the caravan will look smashing behind it!

I know nothing about the caravan as yet, having only seen a few dark pics of her insides, but watch this space!

Can pictures be posted on this forum? I have so many I would love to show you all - then you'll know how mad both Darren and I are!

Enough rambling for now. I look forward to getting to 'know' you all 😀

I would love to see any pictures you have and am especially interested in how you get on renovating your new addition! I am gearing myself up for a bit of a renovation job myself (although it's purely cosmetic as Claude, our caravan, is in perfect condition otherwise). Look forward to hearing your experiences.

I'm sure there is a way but I'm new to the forum too, so will let the veterans tell you how.
