Totally new to caravans and may possibly have jumped in at the wrong end. We have just bought a 1999 Avondale Land Ranger 6400 and am pulling it with a Dodge Ram Hemi so no problems there. Think we got it for a good price but have found one patch around the kitchen window and below the sink that is a little soft so I am going to tackle that soon. Have only used the caravan once so far for a trip down to Suffolk and enjoed it completley.

Hi Ash, Welcome from a fellow North Easterner! We are relative newbies to this game, having just bought our first van at Easter, but have had lots of trips and loved it completely (despite the rain!!). You'll get lots of great tips from this forum (and there are lots of fellow North Easterners here too, inc a few from Durham! I'm from Whitley Bay)Congrats on your first trip!
