Just joined the forum to see what the latest topics are relevant in this fast moving world we are all part of, will be interesting to hear fellow vanners camper MHs etc.,points of views and values.
Have been camping and caravaning for 40 years or more even had our honeymoon in a ridge tent,. oh happy days progressed to a trailer tent started to rally and found it hard work every other weekend with a family, a large dog and trailer tent getting soaked so after 2 years bit the bullet and bought an old ABI Eldiss Sirroco 19 ftooter with damp and a built in twitch due to a bad axle repair ( I was young and inexperienced and gullible ) but to us it was like heaven. Since then we have had caravans . still rally but now with a small adults only club Rendezvous Caravan Club as we prefer a less hectic weekends without children but never the less socials and other company Now the children and grand kids sometime visit us on site. Oh well we tried, its in their blood seems like those many happy years of rallying seem to have stuck.
