Cheers Dave. Interesting! My witter sits approximately 15" above the ground.

As we know two inches can make a big difference!

But what can I do about it? I will contact Witter to see what they come up with. I assumed that this towbar would be identical to the Honda version and was told by my dealer to get the Witter fitted at the local towbar specialist at half the price of the Honda's.

any suggestions?

Just wanted to give you all a quick update. Now doen just over 4000miles in my CRV Diesel and on the last couple of longish solo trips I averaged 48mpg! Not too shaby for a bit of a tank!
