My Aquaroll has main water adaptor kit and 7.5m food grade hose in blue and hozelock fittings to a tap

I sometimes think we become so petty we move into the realms of fantasy . For over 50 years I have drunk various Counties tap water from plastic Jerry cans, onboard caravan water tanks, aquarolls of all vintages, caravan pipeworks with various coloured couplings. No one told me any different?
Should I worry ? Seriously? Not now. Today I am more cautious but like Mr Plodd we are still here . Observing basic hygiene is probably the most important.

Checking electrical products is a little harder but claims that a standard wire fuse will blow in milliseconds for example is just wrong.

Just look what that’s done to your knees and shoulder. Clearly weight bearing excercise isn’t as beneficial as claimed. 😂😂😂

Jogging is thought to be good for health and extending your life. But as someone pointed out you could spend the equivalent of 5 years of your life jogging in order to live 3 years longer.

Jogging and golf are the two worst things for knees - although plenty of us have needed knee replacements despite never doing either.

That’s probably due to getting down and putting awning pegs in.

Vice captain of the first 8 cross country team started the decay at college. Years of kneeling spending hours rubbing two sticks together to light the fire played havoc with all my joints. The shoulder was clearly the responsibility of the Blacks of Greenock ridge tent lying on the hard ground cocooned in an eider feather stuffed sleeping bag.😜

The term Hozelock has become a generic name for quick release hose adapters, much like Hoover for vacuum cleaner.

Different makes come in various colours. The once we have that are true Hozelock are Yellow/Grey. Other makes I have are Green, Yellow and Orange as well as Brass.

BB that’s definitely part of the Aquaroll water supply hose kit. You can drink to your hearts content knowing you won’t get cadmium etc poisoning 😉
