IDM3 Alarm

I have an IDM3 alarm fitted to my 6 month old lunar lexon,it has the PIR, and the tilt sensor. When i check the alarm both of the above lights show, meaning that both are working. When i try to test the alarm the PIR works fine, but the tilt sensor does not work even if the van is level.

What if anything am i doing wrong, any ideas??
 
the tilt sensor on our idm 4 was allways a bit hit and miss, sometimes it went off just getting in the van other times i was able to move the van off the drive and on to the car without it going off. it is however adjustable through the control panel.
 
How are you testing the tilt sensor?

Are you jacking the van up on one side ?

Hi, what i did was to level the caravan with the jocky wheel then set the alarm, next i tried to rock the van and lowered it on the jocky wheel.Can you adjust the IDM3 and if so how.
