improving my sleeping area

hi fellow caravaners as a disabled caravan user i find my bed very uncomfortable its giving me terrible backache

how can i improve my bed top bunk has been removed i sleep on bottom bit

Presumably you slide the bed out to make a double bed?
Then to retain the seating during the day, you could use a memory foam topper.
If you want to have a permanent bed setup, get a double bed size block of foam, or a double bed mattress.
