I have not heard of them Mark. Try looking them up on the FSA (Financial Services Authority) website.

They may be directly regulated by the FSA or possibly part of a bigger organisation called a "Network".

You should be able to get some useful background from either.

Have any of your friends used them? Personal recommendation is best in my view.
 
Hello Mark - I have been with Wise for the last twelve months following a recommendation. I have not made any claim so I can't comment on their reaction. They are certainly cheaper than any other insurance agent I have found and offer the same sort of cover. As with everything you 'pays your money and takes your choice'. Good luck.
