All your fuses are checked and good? What about other 12v functions, pump, loo flush, any 12v sockets?

Sounds like a flat battery or blown main fuse.
Check your battery with a multimeter, you're looking for 12.7 volts or more. Anything less it may need charging or replacing.
Check along the red wire leading from the battery into the van. There should be an in-line fuse close to the battery box.

Like someone else I know I have a battery because ours was on 13.8 volts our electric is on pay you go meter system it went off but the lights, fridge , water pump, and 12v sockets all okay next morning back to normal when put money on card

Did you switch the fridge to gas? Maybe consider getting an inverter as at least you can watch TV if you wished to so.

@ken bysouth It could be that your battery isn't holding its charge , do you have a battery monitor(gauge) on your caravan's control panel? if so when on charge it should be 13.8 V ,if the voltage drops immediately once you turn off the mains electricity , then it is probably a fuse( 20A marked Van Batt) , if it drops away slowly then its the battery not holding its charge
