Welcome to the forum. Is it the 'panoramic' window at the front or one of the Skylights further back in the caravan. Panoramic windows particularly the large one on the Elddis Crusaders can suffer from bonding failure due to expansion and contraction as the ambient temperature changes. It may need removing and rebonding by a workshop.

I did a botch job with the customers agreement where I applied a bead of black soudal fix all around the outer edge..it was either that or cut the window out with a cheese wire with the attendant risk of breaking it and rebond it. There is a YouTube video from Atlantic caravans showing removal of a swift panoramic window check it out

I refitted and renewed the seal in one of these panoramic windows as a DIY job.....not a job for the fainthearted!
Before even tackling the job, unless you can work undercover, you need a fine weather window of several days.
The window is in a very awkward position so you need a stable access platform from which to work. You need to be fit as you will be leaning, lifting and reaching to do the job.
The job itself is one of removing the old sealant and freeing the window.
Clean all the surfaces and reseal. Then don't move the caravan for at least a day preferably 2 days.

It is widely reported that this type of window will leak and or crack at some point in a caravan's lifetime regardless of make.

Thank you for your reply, i am in contact now with the dealer for repair.
And ofcourse they say it is not known to them that this problem is almost common.
