We have now relegated the Avtex to the bedroom area in the caravan and use a LG Smart TV on chest of drawers in the front.
We simply made no use of a TV in the bedroom, so just don’t bother. A little weight saved.

You cannot see the main TV from the bedroom area hence the smaller TV in the bedroom. OH likes to go to bed early.Hmmm, carrying two TV's? And I thought my missus needed reigning in for what she takes.
In our caravan, with a side bed, TV is on the side near the door, seldom watch TV from the bed. 2nd TV just more weight. (For us that is)At present we only have one TV but if upgrade to 4 berth in the near future i think we would have two
Have to agree about viewing angles. Why horrible to use. A lot depends on how you set it up. For me, it works brilliantly with a 4k Firestick, and much better viewing angles than many domestic TV's.
The user interface was clunky and the sound quality not great. I'm sure a Firestick attached would be great but I can do that with a much cheaper TVWhy horrible to use.
