benshepherd, it was the actual tap and to be honest as it was 9.45 at night when preparing the van I was really peeved to say the least, so left it to engineer, cost to repair £19.00 so couldnt have been a big problem and I wasnt there when service was done and Mrs didnt really ask him!!!!
