I cannot comment on that model - I have a Grand Cherokee and previously an old "classsic" Cherokee (the XJ 1984-2001). The XJ was superb, ran it 19 years, 275,000 miles, most reliable car I ever had, wish they still made it.
Anyway, one thing to beware of is that, despite some high profile TV adverts, Jeep agents are few and far between; and all the ones I know cover Jeep as a sideline with Fiat (who now own Jeep and don't seem to care much for it) as the main one. At one Jeep main agent I saw only one Jeep among a sea of unsold Fiat 500s, so many I could not even park on the premises; it did not give me confidence in their Jeep "expertise".
It does not bother me much because I do all my own repairs and servicing, and I have got to know some grey importers of parts costing typically a third of main dealer prices. They are the same parts but bought by an agent in the USA who air-freights them over within a week - which just goes to show by how much the main agents rip people off. A joke on the Jeep forums I frequent is that the Grand Cherokee is so called because anything a main dealer does to it costs a grand.
