No, but I would have thought any reasonable blacksmith, sheet metal man would be able to make one fairly easily.

there was a thread on this some months ago so it may be worth doing an archive search. I seem to remember there was some doubt about the effectiveness, on the grounds that if the wheel was too heavily loaded to roll, it was probably too heavy to skid either.
