My Swift, porch air awning is still in a good state, so will stay with that for the next year.

Hi DD. I am seriously untechnical so forgive any insolence, but are you sure it is the leg inner tube that is leaking. I am sitting in my blow up Kampa now and there are lots of little tubie thingies (I believe this is the correct technical term) connecting from one bit to another. If there was a leak on the tubie or where the tubie joined the leggie (hope you are following the complexities here) or on the knobbie thingie on the tubie; could this account for it? Especially as you said you isolated the leg from the rest of the awning?

As my ex Queen of the Woosies it is a pleasure to be insulted by you B)
There are two grey tubie thingies coming out of the inner tube.
One is a cross flow at roof level inside. The other is a deflation vent on the outside.
We dried the Kampa this afternoon. It's now in the conservatory awaiting testing.
I'm hoping the new tube arrives tomorrow.
I will remove the current inner tube and gently inflate it with the cross flow and deflation taps tubies in the closed position . Using the tried and tested bucket of
Water test I will see if any bubbles are apparent. I expect to see bubbles emanating from where the tubies join the polythene inner tube or at one of the tube ends.
The fact is Mel we have lost confidence in the Kampa which we haven't had a year yet.
More will follow as testing commences.

DD Illl go for a very small pin hole in the grey tubie thingy that will be just at the back of the isolator dont forget it can be the tubie watsname next to it that can let it down as well. I think you should come over to me and share my full set of tubes maybe between us we can make one good awning . Best of luck
Sir Roger .

Ive been having a little think..........

I suggest all you Air Kampa owners pop along to Kampa HQ and propose a new design... ;)

Just turn said awnings upside down, join them together and there you have it...A BOUNCY CASTLE

Well done Kampa again. Special next day delivery and the new leg arrived. Hope this one lasts... :silly:  :)

Excellent customer service but I do wonder if there is a faulty batch maybe or have I been unlucky :(
