Kampa rally ace 400

I purchased a Kampa rally ace 400 last March and noticed after a few days of using it that the interior roof lining appeared to have mould appearing which gradually became worse during the 2014 season, I have contacted the supplier with photos who in turn contacted Kampa direct but they were not interested just said it was due to condensation, although the exterior roof is fine no problems at all. Having had a Kampa pro 390 previously for approximately 3 years with no probelms at all I am very disappointed with the response from Kampa. As this particular awning was new to the market I believe a different material has been used for the interior of this model. I would like to know if anyone else has had a similar problem to mine.

Thank you have sent a letter to Kampa so now waiting to hear from them but the retailer I purchased the awning from had already contacted them and the only explanation was the condesation, which we didn't have a problem with when we had the Kampa 390 pro even after 3 years of use

Thank you for your help

After not getting any satisfaction from Kampa or the retailer we bought the the ace 400 from, we managed to get a full report from an awning expert and with their help we had a full refund from our credit card company. So if you have a problem with any awning you have bought you may be entitled to a refund if the awning is found to be "not fit for the purpose it was bought for.
