Kia Sedona TS tyres

Hi

I've just replaced the front set of tyres on our Kia Sedona TS with Bridgestones.

Apparently there's only Bridgestone, Kumho and Hancook who can supply the size.

I wondered if any other Sedona owners have tried the Kumhos, they're about £60-£80 a pair cheaper and seem to get good reports.

Best regards

Tomo.

I have an 05 plate sedona at 44000 miles the rear tyres started to crack near the bead well before they wore out,the front lasted 17000 miles they were Khumo, since then I have used khumo, twice on the front and only got 10000 miles,at the moment I have a full set of Maxxis they have good grip in the wet and are much quieter.Cost

Hi Allen

Thanks for the reply, we've done about 15,500 on the fronts (Bridgestones), strangely the edges wore before the centres as if low on pressure but dealer says it's something the Sedonas do.

The nearside rear is now approaching slick status one side so we're looking towards changing, that's why I was interested in the Khumo's.

With being a TS the rims are are 19 instead of 18 so the tyre choice is narrower.

I worked for Michelin for 35 years and can get a set of tyres free but they don't make this size unfortunately.

Again many thanks.

Tomo
