Kids at rallies

Hi,

I've not been on a caravan rally for about 30 years when I went with Mum & Dad, with 7year olds of our own now, we are looking at going on a rally but what proportion of families like ours is there on a rally?. we have two girls that dont play football or loud music before you try to put us off!.

The last rally I was at there was 17 kids and 6 teenagers out of 47 'vans. Quite a good average. We hardly saw our kids all weekend.

Always lots of kids at the rallies we go on and very rarely any problem, they (as we) make lots of friends and it is like an extended family.

There are lots of older couples without kids as well and they are always well behaved too.

At a rough guess most of the rallies would be 60/40 families/couples although some of the families would be grandparents bringing the grandchildren away for the weekend.
