Kitchen sink slow to drain

Hello our kitchen sink in the caravan is slow to drain,has anyone use a snake or similar to clean out or unblock the drain pipe? tried liquid solutions such as soda etc to no avail

Mines is the same, I think it depends what site I'm on as caravan not 100% level. When home I use a length of strimmer string to give it a clean.

I always have carried a small plunger in caravans and if slow running this usually cures the problem.

+1 Small hand plunger .came in useful for our kitchen in caravan and at home

Not sure if you're using a wastemaster or direct to a drain. We normally go fully serviced and sometimes the fall to the drain can be an issue that leads to the pipe backing up and slowing the drain.

we do both and i think this is the issue rather than a blockage but im sure it used to be faster

Small hand plunger for the sink and the Shower, crud builds up on the corrugated waste pipes.

Try disconnecting your pipe from side of van and then tip water down sink if flows out straight away then it's the plugged in pipe the problem not the van side
