leaking roof light

Hi All

We have just found out that our roof light is leaking somehow. We have checked all screws etc. Have had a good look round the actual fitting. But cannot work it out, any ideas?

the sealrnt will have gone on the outside, you need to temove the roof light, clena all the okd gunk off and reseal
