leaking Window (again) and Mobile Engineers

Hi, having had my damp/rotten 13 year old 2nd hand caravan repaired by a caravan centre last year (for almost 3,000) the first heavy rain and one of the windows, that had new seals fitted, is leaking again! The caravn centre has now closed down and so I need to take it elsewhere for getting this sorted. Rather than going to another service centre I am thinking of using a mobile caravan engineer, specifically TotalCaravanCare.co.uk. Would appreciate any advice on mobile engineers and particularly Total Caravan Care if anyone can help.
