Les Tours

I presume you mean Les Tours at St Amans? We were there about eight years ago - it was a nice site, lovely pool area, terraced, with good size pitches, but we were with Eurocamp not with our own tourer. It is in a lovely part of the Auvergne - with some interesting walks from the site. Toilet and shower facilities were good and clean. The only thing I remember about the bar/restaurant when we were there was that it was very quiet. The town nearby had most facilities, (the butcher was excellent) but there was no big supermarket nearby, so stock up before you get there.

have stayed here twice. first occassion enjoyed large pitch by lakeside. By 2nd visit all those pitches secured by key/euro camp & we found ourselves in what felt like a side field requiring an enormous lec. cable.

Found staff very officious.

Location:if weather is nice it is self contained but felt a bit stuck in middle of nowhere when not so good.

Overall would NOT return to site mainly because of location....but if you like boating it could be perfect.....
