This week's lesson...caravan DIY edition:
"When travelling to the storage site do do a task involving drilling...and knowing there's no mains at the storage site...make sure the cordless drill is charged"

and as a side note...

"When the cordless doesn't have enough power to operate a hole saw, at a pinch you can turn it with a spanner!"
 
We all learn from most of our errors but my drill has two batteries and I keep the spare charged so hopefully I will not manage that one. I have made most other mistakes over the years though.
