Since a few people have quoted me during this topic.

……you will not find any posts of mine on this forum that are judgmental of an individual.
I am very careful to just point out the facts or just give my opinion.

Everyone had to pass a driving test and they know that they would have failed if they had broken any speed limits!

You'll see from one of my earlier posts I was unlucky enough to have run over a woman a few years ago . Had I been going faster then death would surely have been the result. See #9.
Whilst I have no intention to making any open admissions I will categorically say I never exceed the 30 mph limits .
Things may be different on a dual carriageway or motorway
