Looking at Elddis van

I have looked at a 1997 Elddis Hurricane Vogue SE,2 berth in excellent condition,it has all the original documentation,full awning,flyscreens,blinds,blow air heating,status aerial,rear bathroom /cassette loo/shower with seperate sink.It also has full cooker/oven.The dealer is looking for around £5000 pounds.Does anyone own this type of van and what do you think of it and any other comments welcome..

looking around i would think its a bit over the top,and i reckon you could get him down to at least 4500

I have an Elddis Jetstream GTX (4 berth) and it is a wonderful caravan. I bought mine for 1900 pounds, it had a bit of damage which is why we bought it so cheap, but now the work has been done it is worth around 5000 pounds.

last year i was going to buy a 1997 elddis vogue 2 berth,but i chose a sterling eccles jade better finish i am moving to a larger sterling if you would like to view mine i have pictures available regards steve
