loose kitchen tap

I have lunar lexon 570 2017 kitchen tap has come loose anybody know how to get at it to tighten

Two possible ways.

Via the fridge external covers, removed , to reach the tap underside.

Or remove the sink.
Can you remove your sink without removing the fridge?

If yours is still under warranty I’d see the dealer.
