Does anyone know what the availability of LPG is like in France. We go to France 2 or 3 times a year, but I cant remember if they sell LPG at the Aires on the main routes. I know they sell it at places like Auchan and the larger supermarkets, but what is the availability like on the main motorways, etc. I tow a large caravan so dont really want to be going off the beaten track to find LPG.

We always go from Dover and for the last couple of holidays we have been to Royan.

LPG (GPL) is very widely available in France. In two 5/6 week 5000 mile tours I have never run on petrol.

Brum, no they are not. You will need to buy a French adaptor.Cost around a tenner from Tinley tech. Btw, if you go into Belgium, then you'll need an Irish adaptor!
