With great sadness the site is no more. Gaby decided to retire and closed the site permanently around the end of January this year. His children and grandchildren did not wish to take it over, and the only party interested pulled out.
Great pity as it was a superb site for a day or two's acclimatisation on the way out or a pre-ferry stopover on the way back. Gaby was always good entertainment.
