MANUAL OR AUTOMATIC

But that’s what all decent autos do already Phil and no-one, except for F1 drivers, could need more…
I reckon that on a one mile straight run to a given destination, the driver of a car with a six-speed manual gearbox has to undertake more than 40 actions with his left foot, right foot and left arm - just going up through the gears and down again. A driver with an automatic gearbox needs four!
Of course, some will be quick to point out that the ride in the auto car cost fourpence ha’penny more. Pennies well spent, I reckon. Lol!!

I'd love to try an auto, I'd really like to have one for a weeks test drive to see how much difference it'd make to my 400 mile per week commute, I know alot of people tow with autos and I have no doubt how well they do it, my wife has had an auto and I loved driving that, but I suppose the difference per week in fuel cost could be swallowed, I've already made the jump to a 4x4, so maybe this is my next step?

Just be aware that the Santa auto has a lower nose weight limit.
