I am a time served Bricklayer, I also taught the trade for many years and headed up a construction department. So I was also involved with regional and national competitions. This is a link to one such competition which will be held shortly.

I’m happy for any volunteers to regrout my riven random paving. Done about 25%so far and it’s not amongst my favourite jobs

I used this on my garden path( concrete moulded flags) 4 years ago as the cement between the flags grew moss and finally gave up - mixed results. From memory there is a minimum width between the flags which it can be applied, also the shape of gap is important and it will attract dirt in its top surface, which jet washing won't remove , so this year it will either be removed and fresh applied or back to coloured sand , cement and weed killer mix.
