Am I the only one on this forum who suffers with either a mind blank or lack of co-ordination between brain and fingers during the typing and then end up with spelling mistakes, poor grammer, etc. Once posted is there a way of correcting the errors or must one make a humble apology ubder the comments heading as I have in past postings? Don't tell me it is senial dementure please as I am only 60 and have plenty of life in me.

Lord B I am going right off you - that was my deliberate mistake to test how observant the forum members are. Each one of my posting in future will have at least on deliberate spelling/grammer mistake. For your quick observation this time I will offer you a gold star and you can go home early from school. Well done my boy.

You spelt grammar wrong Colin. Or was that the "one"?
 
Well it's like this Colin, beings you were making a post criticising your spellings in your posts I would have thought you would have checked your spellings in the post you were making criticising your spellings in your post. hmmmmmmm.

Now how on earth did you manage to work that bit of nonsense out. There must still be life in the brain - it has not taken early retirement like the rest of the body. Apparantly, you may be able to confirm this as I was told it the other day (if you are not sure I will have to ask a more knowledgable person such as Tina), the brain carries on functioning after the body has died and can go on for many years. Useless information I pick up from time to time.
 
I can just imagine us retired members of this forum as the new Compo, Clegg and Foggy and Lord B., with his vast experience of bird watching, taking the part of Howard with his milk maid as Marina, assuming she can ride a bike.

Well I understand theres some form of electrical activity in the brain after death but certainly not for years after.
