misted up windows

i notice that my front windows have become misted up on the inside of the glazing. i also notice that there is a plug withing wach window. Has anyone attempted to remove this plug to release the mist? If so, what did you do?
 
Gary, that is what those plugs are for!!!

You need a very dry day with minimal humidity, remove the bungs and leave the holes open to allow the moisture to escape , then replace the bungs!
